just plain bad

Most of me doesn't support charging minors as adults for anything. Some of me does, in some situations. For the most part, though, I think you should be able to buy a pack of smokes and a beer before you start serving your life sentence.

I have to say, though, that any 17 year old who rapes an 8 year old and then buries her alive should fry fry fry.
