Dear America

Happy Turkey Day.  I hope your holiday is even close to this good.

Cute pic! We aren't celebrating anything, since it is mostly about being thankful and all I am having some real issues with that right now! Empty nest syndrome for the first time on the holidays SUCKS MAJOR ASS!!!!!
I think I should move to Canada where they don't have it! :(

A full turkey leg. On the bone. This clinches it. Your daughter is the most kick-ass kid I have ever seen...hands down. Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours, Mr Lady!

Awesome!! You so need to take her to a Renaissance Festival - she would be the hit of the event.

Happy Thanksgiving! Em

I rarely see that much happy over a leg. That's awesome.

Thanks! You have an awesome day in general.

that is one satisfied kid. great shot. i love that picture. her face says it all. ha ha.
mine was boring. stayed home. with boring family.
did i mention boring.

November 27, 2008 | Unregistered Commentermn

it was boring outside too...dismal cold weather. nothing to do. everything closed. no festivity anywhere. i find American holidays quite boring for this v. reason. I love Thanksgiving, but unless you have a big family and lots of amenities at hand, not much to do. Cities are dead. no life in sight.
At least, I have to say, in some countries, the shops and places are open and people go out and celebrate with each other. That's what we need to do. And why is it so damn cold at every major family holiday, who came up with that idea. can you tell i was real bored.

November 27, 2008 | Unregistered Commentermn

That is precious, thanks for sharing. I used to LOVE the turkey leg when I was a kid, now, I am only too happy to pass it along.

If anyone looked at me like that I would fall instantly in love.

Should I smear my self with Turkey juice?

Dude. Now you're making me regret going out for Indian food instead of making a turkey.

Thanksgiving is over. The leftovers are almost gone. The jeans now fit a bit tighter than usual.
