Whoops!

Mr Lady
Did you know that today is my day to post?
Well, I had completely forgotten until just a few minutes ago.
Which means I feel like I've been caught with my pants down, which - while a bit of a turn on, truth be told - means I suck. Seriously suck, given the guest blogging your lovely hostess did for me back in the days of my now defunct blog The World Wide Rant.
So, since I've nary a post prepared, perhaps I'll just throw out some bullet points of interest, if only to me:
OK, I'm tapped out.
What's on your mind?
And, are you losing weight? You look fabulous!

So, since I've nary a post prepared, perhaps I'll just throw out some bullet points of interest, if only to me:
- Hey, you know all those great handmade items you like to buy for your kids because they're not full of Chinese lead? Kiss them goodbye on February 10, 2009.
- For lunch today, I made a turkey curry and for dinner beef carbonnade. Yum!
- The Republican National Committee is a gift that keeps on giving. I can't believe I voted for these yahoos as often as I did. I don't do drugs, but I think someone could hold up my voting record as evidence to the contrary.
- Another of my youthful dreams crushed. Yeah, I know, it's real mommy blog material. I mean, it's not like she took a picture of herself wearing just Crocs boots or anything.
OK, I'm tapped out.
What's on your mind?
And, are you losing weight? You look fabulous!

Well, for not having anything prepared, those were a few interesting tidbits. Not bad. Not bad at all. And, I seriously have to attempt to make turkey curry. Am I the last person on earth to have heard of preparing leftover turkey this way?

Ok, I assumed that Mr. Lady had you all email your posts ahead of time and had them on a timed release. Glad you didn't forget us. She really gave you guys the keys to the kingdom, you are blessed and your post was interesting. I read about 5 pages in on the pdf before I quit. It sounds like a big mess, as bad as NCLB. I hope they fix that in time.
I am just gonna ask outright, does curry give gas? I had a curry dish once, years ago, it was tasty but my roommates said it gave them all gas. Since we have one bathroom, I do not want to make anything that might cause a traffic jam. I do have some leftover turkey and am not interested in any more open-faced, and I already made soup from the carcass.
commentluv not working?
Commentluv hates me. I signed up, but it still doesn't recognize me, and using it with my blogger? Fuggetaboutit!
Thanks, Andy, for stepping in, and for helping spread the news about another well-intentioned-but-COMPLETELY-screwed-up law.

-> Maybe we should bail them out to on the way to socialism...
-> Now I was freaking HUNGRY! Thanks.
-> That CD is sooooo funny, like South Park for the Rush crowd.
-> I didn't even know I had a dream to crush, but thanks for giving it to me to take away.
heh
Thanks Andy. =)
and yes, I do look fabulous, thanks for noticing.
See, this is what sucks about going last. Somebody already used the "oh shit I forgot to post so here's some random stuff" post. Back to the drawing board... Another thing that sucks? I have to follow famous people like you.

Ah, BusyDad, I was almost famous once upon-a-long-ago (did I ever mention how I got interviewed for a story in the Wall Street Journal? Well, sounds great, but the damn story never ran, so I was relegated to obscurity forevermore!)
CynthiaK - actually, Stanely Frankenbeem of Walla Walla still has never heard of using leftover turkey to make a curry, so - no - you're not the last person to hear of it. But man, Stanley's gonna be pissed when he finds out he was. :)
Rebecca - your mom would do Jennifer Aniston too? That's kind of hot. I think. Unless it isn't.
Micki - I can't say I've ever noticed that curry makes me fart. But, then I fart quite enough as it is, so I doubt I'd notice. And, that's right, ladies - I AM OFF THE MARKET.
Gnilleps - how could I not notice? What with your whosawhats and whatsawhosits?
