Nothing tastes as good as regular feels

In my quest to eat more for my blood-type and hopefully shake the "Everything Is Bigger In Texas" curse off my gigantic ass, I'm trying to cut out carbs. Again. There's more on that on my food-story blog at Babble Voices, naturally following up a long post about my deep and abiding love of macaroni and cheese.

The carbs...they're freaking *everywhere.*

I traditionally cooked macaroni salad every new years eve. No particular reason at all, i just love macaroni salad. But it seems your macaroni and cheese yummy. can you share the recipe here?

Ah, carbs. Who can resist? I definitely crave them above all other foods. Just read the link to the Type O characteristics and wow, what an eye-opener.

Try water aerobics. I taught for years and saw the likes of middle aged diabetics loose 100 lbs in a year. Granted you may not wish to prance about in a swim suit 7 times a week as did she but who knows?
(psst! I'm cooking up a workout for one of my Outlaws and would be happy to share)
